Evening Run Through Blokker and Zwaag
Yesterday we did a so called Run-Bike-Run training. this is were you run for a while. and build up a heartbeat, then change with some one who is riding the bike next to you, and when they run for a while you switch again. My tracker did not record the whole session, but all in all Anita and I did run for about 6,5 km
I must be honest to say the muscles ache a lot now.
