On Sunday June 11th we will be running out first 5 kilometer run (I suspect) in Hoorn. We’ve been training for this run since the beginning of the year. This will actually be the first time we’re really going to track time as well. Up till now most training sessions were interval sessions or run-bike-run training.
The idea is of course to train to run longer distances but for now this is the goal we aim at. Once this run is completed I hope to be able to continue training for the 10 kilometer. Now first be honest and see how run goes.
