Yesterday we did 2 laps of 4.5 kilometer through Blokker. The Weather was very nice, and running went great. For us this was a Run-Bike-Run training and all in all I ran a total of 5 kilometer. Check my Fitbit and Strava accounts to see my improvements.
I can really say that it gets easier to run, I can run longer, and it seems that it also costs me less effort to keep running longer.
